BOTH Tacos

Ingredients

2 packages BOTH burgers (4 patties)
1 cup shredded cheese
3 tbsp taco seasoning
½ cup water
Sour cream
1 red onion, chopped
2 cups, shredded lettuce
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp olive oil for pans
Jalapenos
1 tomato, chopped
1 avocado
6 soft tortillas or hard tortilla shells
Salsa
Limes

Step 1:

Prepare toppings. Chop onions, tomatoes, and lettuce. Slice avocado and limes. Put aside.

Step 2:

Pre-heat skillet, medium/high heat. Add ~1 tbsp olive oil. Place 4 BOTH patties in hot skillet with olive oil. Brown one side of your BOTH patties, then mash with meat masher (or wooden spatula). Cook thoroughly. Add taco seasoning, tomato paste, and water. Mix. Bring mixture to a simmer, lower heat, and cook for 3-4 more minutes until sauce thickens. Flavorful, juicy, taco meat is ready to serve.

Step 3:

Heat up your tortillas (in oven, skillet, or microwave) before adding ground beef.
